When Herbie gets home from a long day of preparing his culinary masterpieces, he finally gets to cook up his own hardy dinner. Afterwards there is nothing he enjoys more then plopping into his favorite comfy chair and enjoying a hot calming cup of herbal tea. On the nights when he is feeling a little wound up he reaches for his Chamomile tea. Often before he can finish it completely, his eyes will slowly close and off to dream land Herbie goes.
When morning comes Herbie will brew himself a hot cup of Green tea or Oolong to start off his day with a wee bit more energy. Some times Herbie will pick a little to much when preparing his many culinary creations, and by lunch time his belly is a little unsettled so he reaches for his ginger root tea to calm his belly. Tonight is a special night when he gets to have dinner prepared by his lady friend. After dinner they both enjoy the hardy flavor of Rooibos tea that will keep them enjoying each others company until it is time to go home and sit in front of the fire once again. This night the lemony flavor of his favorite lemongrass tea will softly calm his mind as he thinks about how lovely of a day he had spending such precious time with his lady friend. Soon his eyes will close and back to piggy dreamland Herbie goes.

Organic Ginger Root Tea The rhizome of the ginger plant, commonly referred to as ginger root (Zingiber officinale), is a staple in Asian cooking and has earned an equally impressive reputation for its traditional use to alleviate nausea. Descriptions of ginger’s beneficial properties appear in ancient medical texts, and herbalists have used ginger for more than 2,000 years.
Organic Lemongrass Tea Native to India and tropical Asia, lemongrass (Cymbopogon citratus ) has a wonderfully sweet, lemony aroma and zesty flavor that has made this herb a staple in Asian cuisine. Herbalists have also traditionally used tea brewed from lemongrass to soothe the digestive tract. Organic Rooibos Tea Rooibos is only grown in a small area in the Cederberg region of the Western Cape province. The leaves are oxidized or fermented to produce the distinctive reddish-brown color. The flavor is sweet and slightly nutty. Preparation of Rooibos tea is essentially the same as black tea save that the flavor is improved by longer brewing. The resulting brew is a reddish brown color, perhaps explaining why Rooibos is sometimes referred to as "red tea." Rooibos antioxidant content have earned it a favored place among tea drinkers worldwide.
