Serve it with rice pilaf and you have a perfect meal for any special dinner.

4 center cut pork chops (1 inch thick)

2 tsp Roasted Pork Rub

2 tsp Allspice powder

1 tsp chicken bouillon granules

2 tsp Lemon juice

21 ounce can cherry pie filling, lite

1/2 cup toasted chopped walnuts

Season the chops with salt and pepper. Sprinkle the Rub over all sides of each chop.

Place the seasoned chops in the bottom of a slow cooker/'Crock-pot.' In a small bowl, combine the pie filling, lemon juice, bouillon, and Allspice. Pour this mixture over the chops in the slow cooker. Cook on low for 4 hours, or high for 2 hours. To serve, remove the chops and place them on a platter.
