Our Mexican Blend should be experinced in an authentic recipe. For many, their only experience with Mexican cuisine is either the local restaurante mexicana or what is popularly referred to as "Tex-Mex," if this is true for you than you really haven't experienced Mexican cuisine or authentic tao seasoning. Much of what is available in the U.S. is somewhat generic, and does not represent true Mexican cooking any more than "fast food" represents American cuisine. Like El Norte, Mexico is a country of incredible diversity, and each region of that country has its own unique flavors. Ham Towne's Mexican Blend strives to reflect this diversity. There are however many spices that are used throughout Mexico, the finest of which go into making Our authentic mix. Keep in mind that Mexico was originally home to advanced, urban Native Indian civilizations, which in turn were conquered by the Spanish - who absorbed much of the culture they conquered.

Organic cumin, organic chili powder, organic garlic, organic onion, organic tomato, organic paprika, organic oregano, organic cilantro, organic yellow mustard, and organic cayenne. SALT FREE!
